Plumbing shop provides maintenance services for water, waste, and gas systems throughout campus. Services include operation, maintenance, repair, and testing of:

• Above-ceiling water leaks
• Acid waste systems
• Autoclaves
• Backflow preventers and water regulators
• Bottle washers, cage washers, dishwashers, and tunnel washers
• Compressed gas (e.g. air, nitrogen) and vacuum piping, regulators, and other components
• Condensate lines
• Deep well and sump pumps
• Deionized (DI) and reverse osmosis (RO) water lines
• Domestic water systems
• Drinking fountains and filtered gooseneck bottle fillers in common spaces
• Exterior fountains
• Eyewash stations, safety showers, and drench hoses
• Faucets and other plumbing fixtures
• Fire hydrants
• Fume hood gas, water, and waste utility connections
• Garbage disposals
• Industrial hot and cold water systems
• Natural gas pipe repair and odor/leak response
• Roof drain repairs
